A bit about the owner and artist: 

Charlynne (Charlie) is well- known and highly recognized in the U.S. and Canada for her incredible creativity and excellent glass work. Having had 30 years of glass experience and a number of years of teaching, she offers a safe, relaxed environment to teach glass torching techniques in both soft glass and borosilicate glass. Loretta Studios and Gallery is a glass-focused art collaborative that offers a sharing environment where one can rent torch time by the hour or rent a station with all the major equipment for 6 months to 12 months. 

This is an amazing painting by a Ghanaian Artist from the central region. It was brought back from Ghana and donated anonymously to us for our auction.

This is a unique and fabulous necklace made from individually glass blown cups of transparent teal and transparent green. The cups are tipped with periwinkle, bright green, and turquoise glass. This necklace was inspired by marine corals. It was made by creative glass artist, ANI, from Loretta Studios and Gallery in Ottawa. All glass is fine Venetian glass from Murano. A show stopper for sure!  The cord is teal waxed cotton. It is adjustable 17" ( 43.18 cm.) to 19" (48.26 cm.) long. It fastens with a lobster class and has a silver 2 inch extender chain with a small handmade bead at the end of the chain. Value : $120.

This hand blown necklace is made by glass artist, Ani, from Loretta Studios and Gallery. It is teal glass with very pretty polka dots of periwinkle blue and a bright yellowish green. The glass is fine Murano Venetian glass and is kiln annealed for greater strength as is all of my glass work. It comes with an adjustable waxed cotton cord. This piece is part of her WONADS project to raise money for ovarian cancer research.  Her WONADS line of jewellery is also available at Loretta Studios and Gallery, Ottawa.

This beautifully blown necklace features one organically shaped teal glass pendant on a .925 sterling silver (not silver plated) snake chain. The glass walls are a little thicker than most, making it extremely sturdy. It was made by ANI from Loretta Studios and Gallery, Ottawa. All of ANI's pieces are kiln annealed for greater strength. It is an absolutely stunning shade of teal and is made from fine Venetian glass from Murano. The chain measures 18" (45.72 cm.) in length. The bead is approximately 7/8" wide and 1 1/4" tall.

Beautiful hand blown glass paperweight by Yvonne Avis, a very talented glass artist and a member of Loretta Studios and Gallery art collaborative. This paperweight is predominantly a stunning cobalt blue with white swirls and bubbles embedded in the glass. Unique, one-of-a-kind item made by hand. Small chunks of glass are picked up and swirled before being heavily encased in more glass. A lovely piece for your home or office or as a great gift. Paperweight sits flat on bottom. Value is $65.
